DEALALERTS FREE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1)             ‘DealAlerts Free’ is a free-to-user SMS alerts service which provides you with the latest and greatest deals and offers available in the UK

 

2)             The ‘DealAlerts Free’ service is owned by S P Two Ltd.

 

3)             You will receive one free SMS alert per week at the cost of £0.00 per message. Please note that any messages you send may be charged at your standard SMS rate.

 

4)             ‘DealAlerts Free’ is restricted to customers registered to DealAlerts as of 5 August 2024. It is not available to prospective customers.

 

5)             ‘DealAlerts Free’ shall run indefinitely until further notice. We reserve the right to change these terms and/or our prices and will notify you within 30 days of any changes being applied to your subscription.

 

6)             By engaging with this service, you confirm that you will not share your subscription log-in details with any other person or use this service for any business, commercial or public purposes.

 

7)             Where there is a genuine belief that there has been misuse of the ‘DealAlerts Free’ service by you or a connected third party, we reserve the right to subsequently cancel your subscription

 

8)             All information contained in our SMS alerts are provided for reference purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the information provided, we do not make any warranty or representation, express or implied or accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the information other than that expressly incorporated into the terms of our contract in writing 

 

9)             We have no control over the contents of any of the links provided in our SMS alerts and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

 

10)       This is a free service and, thus, we shall have no liability to you for any direct or indirect loss howsoever caused. However, this does not include instances related to losses which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12)       By using this service, we process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://dealalerts.club/privacy.php. 13)       These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the DealAlerts General Terms and Conditions at https://dealalerts.club/terms.php. Where there is a difference between the two terms, the provisions in these terms will take precedence.

 

14)       These Terms shall be construed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of both contractual and non-contractual matters.
